How to Ban an Entrant

Unfortunately there are times where we come across entrants who abuse the system and need to be removed from Giveaways. Did you know you can exclusively do this as a Host if an entrant is consistently bothersome? Here's how! -

Note: You are free to ban an entrant based on the following behaviour:

• They have violated the Sweepstakes rules or our Terms of Service
• They have acted or is acting in an offensive, abusive, obnoxious, racist, sexist, harassing, or belligerent manner
• Attempted to cause or is causing a disturbance, or otherwise negatively affecting the goodwill or reputation of you as a Host, the streaming platform you use or Surf.

Head to your Dashboard and under Settings, you'll see 'Banned Users'.

Once there, click the 'Ban a User' button and complete the form that follows which should look like this:

Users who you have banned will appear under that Tab in Settings and will be unable to enter your giveaways - problem solved!
