How to delete your Surf Giveaways account
Before considering permanently deleting your account, please be sure to contact us to see if we can be of any assistance. Feel free to email us directly at support@joinsurf.com with any questions or concerns you may have.
While we'd hate to see you leave, we can appreciate that some users may wish to delete their account. Below, you'll find instructions on how to request to delete your account from the platform.
Requests can only be performed for users who have never been considered an approved host and who have not created a giveaway in any form. This includes live, pre-scheduled, ended or otherwise.
Request or email support@joinsurf.com for further details and personalized assistance.
Note: Deleting your account will remove all account information and details, including entries, giveaway win and entry history and is not reversible or recoverable!
Deleting Your Surf Giveaways Account —
- Click on your avatar/username in the top-right corner of the page
- Select "My Account"
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click "Delete Account"
If the above instructions do not seem to work, please email us at support@joinsurf.com and we will manually delete the account for you.
