Am I eligible to enter?

Redemption is only eligible for new GEFORCE NOW users or free GEFORCE NOW members.

Countries/regions which are ineligible for sign-up or entry on Surf Giveaways are available in our Terms of Use and include residents of Belgium, Quebec, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Unfortunately, these regions are excluded due to legal restrictions beyond our control and we apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I log into Surf Giveaways?

1. If you're starting at the current HP claim page, click an entry method to see the following screen:

The 'Continue with Surf' entry method is only available to the US and Canada at this time

 

2. Click your desired social media platform to log in (make sure pop-ups are not blocked!)

3. When clicking any login method, a new window will open:

4. Enter your username or email according to the instructions along with your password

5. Click Sign In and your account on Surf Giveaways is created!

6. The main claim page will refresh and you'll be now free to click on the entry method again

7. Complete the entry method as instructed

 

I'm being asked for a serial number - where do I find it?

During redemption, you will be required to enter the serial number (a ten-digit, alpha-numeric number which is unique to each product). Locate the computer model and serial numbers on the label or from the login screen. For Chromebooks:

 

1. On the bottom of the computer, locate the label that lists the model and serial numbers (S/N):

2. If the label is not present, continue to the next step.

3. Turn the computer off and then on.

4. On the sign-in screen, press Alt + V simultaneously to view computer information, including the serial number.

I completed the claim, where do I find my claimed item?

You'll receive your instant prize from HP directly to your email associated with your Surf Giveaways account. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders just in case!

 

Where do I find what email is associated with my Surf Giveaways account?

1. Head to https://giveaways.joinsurf.com/

2. Click your avatar in the top right of Surf Giveaways and click on My Account:

3. Your profile will be in the middle of the screen where you can view your email and/or change it:

There is nothing in my inbox from my successful claim, what do I do?

Return to the claim page and you can either use the 'Resend Prize' button under the asset:

or re-click the entry method:

Using either 'Resend Prize' button will resend the prize email. Attempt this fix first and if you still do not receive anything, feel free to contact us for further assistance at support@joinsurf.com!

 

How do I redeem my NVIDIA code?
