Why can I no longer refresh Instagram profiles?

Despite our best efforts, Surf Analytics will no longer be able to update Instagram data by refreshing profiles as we were previously able.

Recently, Instagram changed its API significantly, incapacitating our ability to capture data. Since then, we've been working to document and modify our processes. Our developers have reached the conclusion that this is no longer feasible.

Users can continue uploading lists of followers as a JSON file which will match existing profiles within Cerebro. Sadly, there will be considerable discrepancies in follower counts for these profiles.

NOTE: If a profile does not already exist in Cerebro, we will no longer be able to populate it.
