Which regions are eligible to participate in giveaways?

The region(s) in which a giveaway entrant is eligible is determined by the giveaway host. The host may specify during giveaway creation, any region(s) to which they are willing to ship the prize and limit entry based on location (from our list of available regions only) at their discretion.

While many of our hosted giveaways are offered as "Worldwide", there are exceptions. A non-comprehensive list of countries/regions which are ineligible for sign-up or entry is available in our Terms of Use and includes, but is not limited to, residents of Belgium, Netherlands, Quebec, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands & other U.S. territories.

Unfortunately, these regions are excluded due to legal restrictions beyond our control and we apologize for any inconvenience.
