Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your automatic renewal anytime and still have access to the platform until the end of your billing cycle. Our Customer Success Team is ready to help, we would love to provide any assistance before you finalize your cancellation. Reach out to us here and we promise to find a solution that will keep you happy and reach your goals.
Annual subscription plans will renew automatically at their expiry for a term of the same length unless you cancel your subscription.
Annual Subscriptions
First 30 Days
If you are dissatisfied at any time during your first 30 days after purchase you are entitled to a refund for your annual subscription with one month of usage deducted. We may charge you an administration fee of up to $50.00, according to your subscription level.
After 30 Days
If we process an annual subscription cancellation after 30 days of the first day of the subscription, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until the end of your billing cycle and there will not be a refund of any part of the annual subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after your current billing cycle ends.
Month-to-Month Subscriptions
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time by sending us a cancellation request to success@joinsurf.com or requesting a cancellation on the platform via this guide. Such cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current term of your subscription, provided your request is sent prior to 48 hours of your next billing date. Without 48 hours' notice, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed before your next billing date.
Refunds will not be provided to users who fail to provide 48hrs notice of cancellation and are charged for one final billing cycle. Unless otherwise indicated, cancelling one recurring subscription does not cancel your other recurring subscriptions.
Legacy Subscriptions
For Surf Analytics customers who signed up before June 2021, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until the end of your billing cycle and there will not be a refund of any part of the subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after your current billing cycle ends.
If you cancelled your monthly plan and would like to resume your subscription, you must sign up for a new subscription under our new pricing and terms.

- Requests for full or partial refunds on cancellations for new subscriptions (both Month-to-Month and Annual), beyond the timelines listed in this policy, will not be provided.
- Requests for full or partial refunds on cancellations for renewals (both Month-to-Month and Annual) will not be provided.
