How To Cancel A Subscription
Before considering cancellation, we encourage you to email us directly at success@joinsurf.com with any questions or concerns you may have — we’re here to help.
As an existing user who is currently subscribed to a plan, please follow the below steps in order to cancel your subscription.
- Select "Dashboard" from the navigation menu
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Billing"
- Review the section labelled "Cancel Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
This process sends us a request to cancel your subscription. You'll also receive an email from us saying your cancellation request has been received.
Once we have cancelled your subscription on our end, you will receive an additional confirmation email for your records.
