Why is there a monthly limit on certain types of rewards?
Rewards provided by our partner brands can be redeemed unlimited times. For other brands, we have a limited supply of gift cards.
Gift cards by non-partnered brands have a limit of 4 redemptions per month and can be claimed once per week. These rewards might run out of stock during the month, in this case, they will be marked as “sold-out”. Non-partnered gift cards sell out fast so be sure to check the marketplace as we do restock them often!
