How long does it take to receive my rewards?

We run a security check on every gift card that is redeemed to ensure the safety of your account and mitigate fraudulent behaviour. Because of this, we recommend expecting that it will take 1-3 business days for you to receive an email with your reward, although in some cases, it may be faster than that (especially if you redeem a coupon). Redeeming more than one reward in a day will result in a deeper security check that may further delay your second reward. This does not include rewards which are discount codes such as Crocs, Daniel Wellington, Fiverr etc.
